Consultant

Senior Consultant

You are recognised for your ability to supervise: to organise tasks, help consultants make progress, and to be a team coach.
You contribute to drawing up proposals and play a role in the sales pitch.

Manager
You are recognised for your ability to manage a project and control the risks. You pilot the project’s quality and profitability. You have developed a clear “value proposition”,(industry or expertise). You build an active business relationship with the client. You are recognised for your capacity to supervise and help advance the careers of the firm’s consultants.

Senior Manager
You enjoy strong autonomy over the management of projects and the firm’s commercial development. Your leadership and visibility in different professional networks make you an active contributor to the firm’s intellectual growth and reputation.

Director and Partner
You possess an in-depth expertise renowned outside the firm. You carry the firm’s intellectual leadership in your specialist area, ensuring your teams are kept up to speed. You master the art of managing the firm. You excel in running large-scale, complex projects and you optimise the profitability of projects.
You are responsible for fostering a group of experts around your specialist area (industry or expertise). You grow the commercial relationship and prospect new client accounts, individually or through teamwork. You make a decisive contribution to the firm’s internal initiatives.  You are closely involved in decisions and strategies affecting the firm’s future.
